What you will do

• Define the subscriber value strategy and membership portfolio architecture, including tiers, bundles, and entitlements.
• Lead the development of freemium features to drive measurable value and growth in the subscriber base.
• Manage pricing and packaging strategies across App Store, Google Play, and web billing.
• Oversee premium 3rd-party partner services to complement core feature offerings.
• Establish a culture of AI-driven experimentation to accelerate the path from hypothesis to shipment.
• Serve as an AI-native leader, defining the playbook for AI integration in product management workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consumer products, with 5+ years specifically in subscription monetization at scale.
• Proven track record of managing pricing and packaging, including executing successful price increases or repackaging.
• Deep expertise in mobile subscription mechanics (App Store, Google Play, web billing) and global regulatory landscapes.
• Strong fluency in unit economics, including LTV, CAC, gross margin, and cohort retention.
• Must be an AI-native operator, utilizing AI for research, modeling, and prototyping in daily workflows.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
