Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or near Austin or Boston (onsite three days per week). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end pricing and packaging architecture, including list pricing, discount frameworks, and bundling rules.
• Lead the operational transition from traditional models to consumption-based and usage-based pricing.
• Develop and implement monetization strategies for AI-native and agentic products.
• Partner with Finance, Product Management, and Product Marketing to align pricing with roadmap and value.
• Run the Pricing Steering Committee and prepare recommendations for the executive forum (C-Staff).
• Align portfolio pricing decisions with strategic go-to-market partners for joint offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy at enterprise software companies.
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior pricing-focused leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading a transition to consumption-based pricing in a B2B software environment.
• Strong analytical foundation with hands-on expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and SQL fluency.
• Experience influencing C-level executives (CFO, CPO, CRO) through clear written and verbal communication.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

• Direct experience pricing AI-enabled features or products.
• Experience working in PE-backed or growth-stage software companies.
• Familiarity with the testing, observability, or developer-tools software categories.
• Experience managing offshore analytical talent.
