Senior Project Manager

TL;DR

Senior Project Manager (Real Estate): Managing multi-disciplined construction and development projects with an accent on project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Focus on coordinating design and construction teams, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Location: 100% in-office in Dallas, TX. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option.

What you will do

• Initiate and develop project needs assessments and comprehensive project plans.
• Create and maintain design and construction teams while managing project budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including architects, engineers, general contractors, and leasing teams.
• Provide accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and value engineering reports.
• Partner with development and investment teams on pre-development and entitlement budgets.
• Coach and mentor Project Coordinators and Associate Project Managers.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 7 years of related professional experience.
• Practical understanding of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Project.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and during emergencies as needed.

Nice to have

• Real Estate Brokers license.
• Professional certifications such as CCIM, PMP, LEED, or WELL Fitwell.
• Experience with Procore Construction Software.
