What you will do

  • Oversee the delivery of real estate services, focusing on contracts, negotiations, and transaction functions.
  • Manage and negotiate advanced transactions, including site identification, selection, LOIs, and lease renewals.
  • Lead high-profile transactions independently to align with client strategic real estate goals.
  • Track and report client deliverables while monitoring team workload and performance.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions to maintain trust and strong professional relationships.
  • Provide guidance and training to new team members during the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Must obtain and hold a state real estate license.
  • Advanced understanding of lease language, CAM reconciliation, insurance, and real estate taxes.
  • Strong proficiency in financing, budgeting, and pro forma modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicable real estate software.
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of simultaneous transactions effectively.
