What you will do

• Develop detailed project budgets and scopes of work for tenant improvement and capital improvement projects.
• Manage the end-to-end bid process, including soliciting, evaluating, and negotiating with general contractors and vendors.
• Oversee multiple concurrent construction projects, maintaining rigorous schedule and budget controls.
• Act as the primary construction point of contact for property management, leasing, and asset management teams.
• Conduct site assessments and due diligence to evaluate existing conditions and identify risks.
• Manage punch lists, project closeout, and warranty processes to ensure seamless turnover.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction management experience, specifically with office interiors and tenant improvements.
• Deep understanding of the owner’s representative role and institutional ownership priorities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps and risks.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; experience with Procore, Honest Buildings, or Yardi is a plus.
• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ, for onsite project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
