What you will do

• Lead safety and quality initiatives at the site level.
• Develop, review, and manage owner contracts and subcontracts.
• Manage costs and schedule labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain constant communication with owners and clients regarding progress and conflict resolution.
• Travel to job sites for project oversight (minimum 50% travel required).

Requirements

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M.
• Strong knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring.
• Proven experience in contract and subcontract development and management.
• Exceptional customer and client relation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Financial forecasting experience including estimates to completion and cash flow analysis.
• Proven record of safety program management and implementation.
• Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs) and sitewide quality programs.
