What you will do

  • Own client account management: maintain transparent relationships and provide regular project status updates.
  • Use business acumen and financial KPIs to deliver strategic guidance and impactful solutions.
  • Lead budgets and forecasting, ensuring efficient media spend and correct billing for media spend + fees.
  • Analyze data and produce reporting to tailor strategies to client goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive client project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Expertise across multiple digital platforms and how they work together (including Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
