What you will do
- Support the delivery of offline, direct, and ATL (TV) marketing plans for the UK market.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across TV, print, events, lead generation, and telemarketing.
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative team to produce on-brand assets.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance forecasting and reporting.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams including Data, CRM, and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience in marketing, specifically in offline/ATL/direct channels.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with external agencies and partners.
