What you will do
- Own the full P&L for online sales targets and build growth models for direct-to-site channels.
- Plan and launch multi-touchpoint campaigns in collaboration with paid and organic teams.
- Synthesize complex digital metrics into actionable insights to drive conversion rate optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to remove friction in web and app user journeys.
- Craft performance narratives for senior management to influence business growth strategy.
- Design marketing mitigations and cross-functional actions to address market shifts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK (London or Nottingham).
- Extensive experience in digital performance management, ecommerce, or growth marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital sales KPIs and ability to make data-backed strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to distill complex datasets into clear, narrative-driven reports for senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment requiring quick commercial decisions.
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of digital tracking, attribution, and reporting tools like GA and Tableau.
- Experience with Multi-Touch Attribution and Marketing Mix Modelling.
