TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a regional mining sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and budget targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for mining mobile equipment portfolios.
  • Manage key account planning, contract negotiations, and semi-annual client KPI reviews.
  • Analyze market and competitor dynamics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Champion a proactive safety and quality culture within the regional team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the Mining, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Industrial sectors.
  • Experience working with mining clients, OEMs, or heavy equipment dealer networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in high-value contract negotiations and CRM data management (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to safely navigate operational mining environments and complete pre-employment medical screenings.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Deep familiarity with Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Crawler Systems.
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery applications such as Rope Shovels and Hydraulic Excavators.
  • Previous experience in a Team Lead or People Manager role.
