What you will do

• Provide executive leadership for global accounting, tax, treasury, payroll, and financial compliance functions.
• Set and execute a long-term strategic vision for global financial operations, including accounting policies and governance standards across jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and local statutory requirements; maintain internal controls and oversee enterprise financial risk management.
• Oversee financial statement preparation, regulatory filings, audits, and monthly/annual close processes; coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Lead global transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled tools, automation, and modernization of financial systems and processes.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team and present regularly to audit and finance governance bodies.

Requirements

• CPA required.
• Significant executive-level finance and accounting leadership experience in complex, global organizations.
• Deep expertise in global accounting operations, tax strategy, financial reporting, treasury management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives (systems modernization, process optimization, and change management).
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located; the foundation does not provide immigration sponsorship.
• Experience advising senior executives and boards/audit committees, including communicating complex financial matters clearly to non-financial audiences.
