What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the monthly close across international entities, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with regional accounting leaders.
• Translate close results into actionable insights for leadership and establish/monitor global close KPIs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex accounting matters and partner with the consolidation team to standardize account structures and reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors across key jurisdictions (including the Philippines and Colombia) and oversee local financial statement preparation for annual audits.
• Identify and track accounting/process issues across international operations and continuously enhance the close process, cadence, reporting, and governance.
• Support financial integration and setup of new international entities by partnering with Legal, Operations, Accounting/Tax, and Finance to align on compliance and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, or financial operations, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with multi-entity/global organizations; IFRS experience is a plus.
• Proven experience leading/coordinating complex close processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and operational teams.
• Experience supporting external audits and managing auditor relationships.
