What you will do

• Lead and oversee the Patient Services Analytics department, managing staff and departmental activities.
• Develop and execute strategic data service offerings, including reporting modules, patient personas, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with internal IT, data science, and client teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.
• Drive new business development by creating compelling pitches, proposals, and product demos.
• Establish scalable best practices for copay, reporting, and analytic solutions across client accounts.
• Present actionable insights and value-driven storytelling to executive staff and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Statistics.
• 11+ years of experience in data and analytics, specifically with Patient Hub/CRM, Specialty Pharmacy, and Market Access data.
• Proven leadership experience in a matrix organization, managing both onsite and offshore teams.
• Proficiency in cloud-based storage, Tableau, PowerBI, and data visualization software.
• Strong understanding of AI/Machine Learning models and their application in healthcare.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
• AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications.
• Tableau Desktop or Power BI professional certification.
