What you will do

• Design and automate reliable reporting systems to transform healthcare data into actionable insights
• Present clear, easy-to-understand data stories directly to external partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partnership, sales, and internal client success teams
• Analyze deeper trends around care and operational success to inform strategy
• Serve as a key customer-facing data expert influencing partner experience

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in analytics, data science, operations, product, or engineering functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
• Experience with healthcare analytics, health plans, and payer/health-system reporting
• Advanced skills with modern data stacks (SQL, dbt, Airflow) and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex)
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence strategy without direct account ownership
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii)
