What you will do

• Lead a multi-team product area by translating company priorities into actionable engineering plans.
• Manage and coach engineering managers to improve performance, growth, and delivery standards.
• Drive technical excellence by overseeing architecture, system reliability, and incident response.
• Partner with product and design leads to co-own roadmaps, quarterly goals, and quality bars.
• Formalize interfaces with the platform organization to ensure clean service migrations.
• Promote AI-native development practices and maintain high standards for observability and delivery flow.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with significant hours overlap with Americas time zones.
• 7+ years of total technical experience with a strong background in individual contribution.
• 2+ years of experience managing managers with direct reports.
• Proven track record of owning a multi-team product area and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience evolving engineering practices across multiple teams.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to articulate complex strategies.
