TL;DR
Institute Leadership Support Specialist: Provide operational and administrative support to ISG senior leadership and staff, with an accent on talent management actions, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and process/tool improvements. Focus on drafting leadership materials, coordinating manpower packages, and ensuring accurate, confidential execution of program support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Monterey, CA (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

What you will do
- Support ISG leadership with operational and administrative tasks, including drafting reports/materials, divisional coordination, communications, and research/information gathering.
- Improve processes, systems, and tools to increase operational effectiveness.
- Support Talent Management (TM) personnel and manpower actions, including package preparation (recruitments, selections, billet increases), document preparation, research, tracking/monitoring packages, and supporting the hiring process.
- Manage new-hire onboarding: create/provide informational materials, handle access requests, support policies/procedures, and assist with divisional training requirements; coordinate across teams to ensure successful onboarding.
- Complete expeditious out-processing for departing personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management or Administration, or a related discipline.
- Current Secret Security clearance or ability to attain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (or interim).
- Experience coordinating programs, conducting administrative briefings, and providing project support.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative; experience working on teams and independently.
- Ability to go onsite on a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days remote).

- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks within projects and balance competing deadlines.
