What you will do
- Act as a liaison between regional managers and clients to facilitate retirement plan operations.
- Provide comprehensive sales support including data mining, scheduling, and phone communication.
- Process enrollment forms and manage incoming correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Assist plan participants with form completion and understanding their retirement options.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations to support field representatives and vice presidents.
- Exercise independent judgment to make administrative decisions within company policies.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must reside within the territory (U.S.).
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of previous administrative support experience.
- Must obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses within established timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Ability to provide reliable high-speed internet (fiber, cable, or DSL) for remote work.
