What you will do

• Track and monitor taskers to ensure deadlines are met and maintain accurate documentation.
• Plan and execute meetings, briefings, ceremonies, and special events, including logistics management.
• Coordinate engagements and logistics for international partners and multinational meetings.
• Perform comprehensive administrative duties, monitoring action items and refining workflows.
• Conduct research and prepare professional reports and briefings for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Interim Secret Security Clearance
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 10lbs) and work flexible hours

Nice to have

• BA/BS in a business-related field or additional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in program support within government or military environments
