What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership to implement and monitor employee and labour relations policies.
• Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances to provide fair resolutions.
• Coach managers on effective labour practices and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Serve as a key liaison between HR and business units for escalated employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee and labour relations or similar HR roles.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and Ireland labour laws and regulations.
• Proven experience working in a unionized environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.

• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
