What you will do
- Build and configure Digital Workers in Maisa Studio from Solutions Architect specifications.
- Configure APIs, connectors, integrations, and data flows.
- Plan and execute UAT with production data, document results, and resolve defects.
- Certify Digital Workers against defined KPIs and success criteria before go-live.
- Manage deployments and hand over complete configuration details, limitations, runbooks, and support notes to operations.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and engineers on estimates, risks, reusable configurations, and delivery blockers.
Requirements
- Experience in automation development, low-code/no-code platforms, or technical implementation.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations in a delivery environment.
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work across multiple tools.
- Pragmatic approach to shipping reliable solutions under pressure, with strong attention to configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience applying AI in practical contexts beyond prompting ChatGPT.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, plus a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
