What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable AI agent architectures for mission-critical enterprise workflows.
• Lead technical discovery calls and translate business requirements into sound technical architectures.
• Build rapid prototypes using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cowork.
• Architect complex integrations utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve the platform based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in designing agentic workflows, including function calling and multi-step reasoning.
• Strong experience with API-first integrations (REST, webhooks, event-driven systems).
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with conversational AI, LLM-based applications, or NLP/NLU systems.
• Must be based in New York (NY).

Nice to have

• Experience with SIP or WebRTC.
• Experience with CPaaS platforms such as Twilio, Vonage, or Genesys.
