What you will do

• Build the intelligence layer that helps engineering organizations understand how work happens across people, code, and systems.
• Create agents and workflows that assist with engineering planning, delivery, review, and decision-making.
• Design context systems, memory, and retrieval capabilities for AI in enterprise software development.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of humans, AI, and human-AI systems.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities to help customers build and improve AI-powered engineering workflows.
• Rapidly experiment with emerging models and tools to turn ideas into customer-facing capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a history of building products, systems, or automation.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
• Experience using AI to accelerate development, research, or decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to rapidly move from idea to implementation with a bias toward action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
