What you will do

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategies for the bags and luggage category.
• Onboard and coach manufacturing partners on the hirify.global operating model, including lead times and technical integration.
• Drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs, including defect rates under 0.5% and replenishment lead times under 14 days.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to lead catalog expansion and launch new styles.
• Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure strategic alignment and business performance.
• Apply clean sheet cost analysis and negotiation tactics to drive product cost savings.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management with major US-based retailers.
• Deep network of factory connections within the bags and luggage industry in APAC.
• Strong background in manufacturing, specifically lean and JIT methodologies.
• GM mindset with analytical skills and experience in cost engineering and product development.
• Proficiency in English for professional communication and presentation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
