Sourcing Specialist (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Source new products and manage end-to-end development from idea to finished goods.
• Identify, qualify, and manage relationships with OEM partners in China.
• Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, payment terms, and MOQs to improve margins.
• Coordinate POs and shipments with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance business demand and cash flow.
• Manage time-sensitive UGC sample delivery for marketing content creation.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of the China manufacturing ecosystem and supplier landscape.
• Experience in international logistics, including air and sea freight workflows.
• Proven negotiation skills for pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
• Must be based in China to act as an on-the-ground execution partner.

Nice to have

• Experience with fast-growing DTC brands in health or wellness categories.
• Direct relationships with 3PLs and air/sea freight coordination experience.
• Ability to independently manage multiple SKUs across rapid cycles.
