What you will do

• Distribute and monitor workload across the team.
• Maintain regular 1-on-1s to provide feedback and support professional growth.
• Set, track, and be responsible for the team KPIs.
• Lead the development and optimization of cross-functional processes in collaboration with legal, sales, supply, QC, and product teams.
• Define and manage priorities across initiatives and projects to support business goals.
• Maintain end-to-end oversight of key deals and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing a team of multiple direct reports (4+), including performance management and team growth.
• Sourcing experience in relevant industries (e-commerce, retail, consumer goods).
• Strong project management capabilities with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to independently handle all operational tasks.
• Ability to break down company objectives into measurable team goals and analyze performance metrics to drive results.
• Fluent English: C1
