TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying and qualifying new enterprise clients for an AI-powered accounting transformation platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead generation. Focus on conducting qualifying calls with financial executives and converting prospects into scheduled demos.

Location: Hybrid in London, England (on-site 3 days per week). Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of client pain points and how hirify.global solutions solve them.
  • Create robust prospecting lists using internet sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Meet daily and weekly activity targets for outbound efforts via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct introductory qualifying calls with key influencers such as CFOs, Controllers, and VPs of Finance.
  • Convert qualified prospects into scheduled demos for Account Executives.
  • Document all sales activities within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, B2B SaaS, or prior experience in accounting/finance.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain organized and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacious, competitive, and committed to exceeding sales targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
