What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements including SaaS, product, vendor, and licensing contracts.
• Manage litigation strategies and oversee outside counsel to mitigate operational risks.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract enforceability, dispute resolution, and commercial risks.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and internal legal policies.
• Support corporate functions including HR, finance, and procurement on legal matters.
• Identify and resolve pre-litigation business disputes and unpaid fee issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in any jurisdiction and eligibility to practice as in-house counsel in Texas.
• 5-7 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, preferably in-house.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and litigation processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
