What you will do

• Manage legal risks and align legal strategy with corporate business objectives.
• Negotiate, draft, and review a broad range of commercial contracts, licenses, and employment agreements.
• Oversee corporate governance, state/federal licensing, and the formation of new legal entities.
• Protect and maintain intellectual property and ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
• Lead dispute resolution efforts, manage litigation, and direct outside counsel.
• Advise on employment law, human resources matters, and administration of employee benefits.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and current admission to a state bar.
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed attorney, with at least 2 years in an in-house role.
• Extensive experience supporting global entities and international offices/clients.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate legal strategies concisely.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and location).
