What you will do
- Identify, pursue, and close new retail business opportunities across Austria.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and lead a team of field sales agents to support business growth.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to retail clients ranging from SMBs to large enterprises.
- Maintain deep market knowledge of retail trends and payment innovations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client site visits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and business development within fintech or retail technology.
- Fluent English and native or proficient German required.
- Must have valid work authorization for Austria.
- Proven track record of managing complex deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Deep understanding of European omni-channel retail and payment ecosystems.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
