TL;DR

Focus on building and refining enablement materials through direct field engagement, closing gaps in how teams are equipped, and aligning product, marketing, and the field to improve frontline performance.

What you will do

  • Bridge product, marketing, and the field by translating go-to-market strategy into clear messaging and enablement.
  • Build and refine training, enablement materials, and communication frameworks for frontline teams.
  • Engage with the field to understand real challenges, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and close gaps in how the organization equips teams to sell and support customers.
  • Lead or support training sessions and enablement programs to drive adoption of new go-to-market approaches.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, or field readiness roles, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare / healthcare technology.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and ability to communicate credibly about industry dynamics and challenges.
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and training materials.
  • Cross-functional experience across product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams, including presenting to c-level audiences and creating executive-facing materials.
  • Systems-thinking mindset to connect workflows, teams, and processes.
