What you will do

  • Define and drive product strategy for account opening and onboarding solutions.
  • Plan, scope, and execute work across multiple engineering and product teams for launches, releases, and product sunsets.
  • Manage products across all lifecycle phases and align with company strategy through collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Handle vendor relationships and align forward roadmaps.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated and assess risk of value, feasibility, and usability.
  • Build product business cases and communicate product value/vision to stakeholders; coordinate release documentation and internal training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
  • Financial services, banking, or fintech experience, with account opening/onboarding experience preferred.
  • Agile experience across all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership, including customer-facing experience.
