What you will do

• Partner with People teams to translate business needs into scalable People Systems solutions.
• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of enhancements for HR systems, specifically Kronos.
• Provide expert production support and resolve system and data integrity issues.
• Collaborate with Technology teams and external vendors on integrations and testing.
• Maintain strong security, privacy, and governance standards across all HR platforms.
• Create clear documentation and act as a trusted contact for support teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems like Kronos, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear understanding of security, privacy, and governance principles regarding sensitive data.
• Knowledge of software design, deployment, and change methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, accessible way.
• Must be able to work onsite in Liverpool 2 days per week.
