What you will do

• Lead the coding and configuration of admin platforms to build optimized solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and reduce maintenance overheads.
• Liaise with BAU teams to prioritize resources and ensure consistent delivery.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and participate in team training and development.
• Ensure all work delivery adheres to governance frameworks and ISO27001 standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from one of the specified office locations.
• Proven experience in delivering calculation solutions across pension administration systems.
• Strong knowledge of DB/DC pension schemes and calculation requirements.
• Demonstrable programming experience with SQL, .NET, or VBA.
• Experience in managing a small team and handling stakeholder relationships.
• Thorough understanding of audit, testing, and sign-off processes.
