What you will do

• Direct Transmission Line Crews and contractors to complete projects within financial and time constraints.
• Lead safety initiatives, conduct crew audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate crew performance through job site visits and productivity analysis.
• Manage project budgets and overtime to achieve business results and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate daily operations and storm restoration efforts to meet CAIDI goals.
• Collaborate with customers and external stakeholders to resolve complaints and improve service reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dayton, Ohio.
• Strong work ethic and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems, specifically spreadsheet and database applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management, or equivalent T&D work experience.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Agency policies related to transmission and distribution systems.
