Product Manager (Safety Tech)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and shape direction for emergency response and incident management solutions.
• Lead product discovery by synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements and success criteria.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to deliver mission-critical capabilities.
• Define and track product success metrics to guide continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for product releases and successful rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in building and scaling software products.
• Proven track record of managing complex software systems from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to reason through technical and operational constraints of integrated software and physical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to decompose ambiguous problems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
