What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy by translating portfolio objectives into outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, research, and data analysis to validate product opportunities.
• Prioritize features, platform enhancements, and AI-driven capabilities for quoting and pricing workflows.
• Own product requirements, roadmap planning, and release strategy in collaboration with engineering.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market execution and adoption.
• Define and track KPIs to continuously iterate product performance based on feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end, from discovery to adoption.
• Strong experience writing detailed product requirements and defining acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with agile development practices and iterative delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI tools or workflows to improve product development efficiency.
• Familiarity with CPQ, PLM, CAD-related systems, or manufacturing/FES industry workflows.
