What you will do
- Prospect and develop opportunities with owners and managers to optimize operations, client engagement, and growth.
- Run consultative discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demos for POS workflows, memberships, scheduling, and client retention.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, coordinating with Marketing, Education, and Customer Success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers as a trusted advisor across operational and business needs.
- Manage pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce and other CRM tools with accurate tracking of opportunities and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at conferences and trade shows and provide internal feedback on client needs and feature requests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in or related to the salon/spa industry, wellness, or beauty technology.
- Proven success selling to mid-market organizations and handling complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM systems to manage and track opportunities.
- Strong communication skills to connect with both clinical and business audiences.
- Ability to create ROI-driven proposals and present tailored technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent organization and a self-starter mindset with a growth mindset.
