What you will do
- Manage and develop a sales territory targeting mid-sized to large Physical Therapy practices to generate new business.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure, focusing on RCM services value propositions.
- Proactively prospect for new clients via direct calls, networking, and inbound marketing leads.
- Conduct expert product demonstrations and lead contract negotiations to secure profitable business.
- Maintain deep domain knowledge on RCM, the Physical Therapy market, and competitive offerings.
- Track all sales activities in Salesforce.com and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of documented success in SaaS sales within a highly regulated industry such as Healthcare IT.
- Proven experience selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or related billing services.
- Deep understanding of the RCM lifecycle (intake, claims, denials, and collections).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Must be based in one of the designated U.S. states.
