What you will do

• Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting systems for real-time visibility into deployment activities.
• Consolidate deployment schedules, vendor milestones, and risks into centralized workflows.
• Leverage AI agents and automation platforms to improve documentation and operational efficiency.
• Define and improve scalable deployment processes, governance models, and infrastructure delivery standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to enhance systems integration and workflow effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 6–8+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong background in operational analytics, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Proven experience building dashboards, reporting systems, or workflow automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
• Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional technical environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU, AI, HPC, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Experience using AI agents, LLM workflows, or automation tooling.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, APIs, or data analytics tooling.
• Experience working with hyperscalers or enterprise-scale infrastructure organizations.
