TL;DR

Operations Director - Revenue and GTM Strategy: Design, guide, and scale a global revenue engine across the full customer lifecycle with an accent on GTM strategy, revenue performance, and retention/expansion mechanics. Focus on building an AI-first operating model, optimizing pipeline and renewal KPIs, and aligning cross-functional execution across Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Finance, Product, and Marketing.

What you will do

  • Define global and regional GTM strategy across segments and routes-to-market, aligning pre-sales positioning with post-sales delivery.
  • Translate corporate growth priorities into milestones, operational ownership, and KPIs for new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
  • Coordinate annual and in-year GTM planning with RevOps and Finance, including capacity models for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Run business reviews and performance tracking, analyzing churn/retention and optimizing journey metrics (pipeline conversion, time-to-close, time-to-value, renewal velocity).
  • Build expansion and renewal frameworks to maximize GRR and NRR using customer use-case data.
  • Lead a GTM Strategy Team remotely and evolve skills/roles to support an AI-first operating model.

Requirements

  • Proven experience guiding GTM strategy, corporate planning, or commercial operations in a high-growth SaaS/cloud/enterprise software environment.
  • Experience in management consulting, structured corporate strategy, or an equivalent in-house tech operating role across sales and post-sale functions.
  • Managerial experience building, coaching, and supporting high-performing teams through inclusive mentorship and clear vision-setting.
  • Strong business modeling skills with practical data modeling and analytics experience.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application in B2B SaaS growth strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B business cycles across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, including renewal mechanics and customer health indicators.
