What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Residential CRM, covering core data models and AI-powered features.
• Lead customer discovery sessions with contractors, CSRs, and office managers to inform product development.
• Partner with product marketing and finance to define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for AI-enabled products.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product launches.
• Define customer enablement and onboarding models to ensure successful time-to-value.
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to optimize the commercial motion and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of shipping products from zero to scale.
• Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle management systems.
• Strong point of view on practical AI-first product design.
• Background in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise customers in high-volume environments.
• Ability to work closely with customers and leadership in an active, high-visibility environment.
