What you will do

  • Manage front-facing communications, including greeting visitors and directing incoming calls.
  • Provide comprehensive facilities support, including vendor coordination and building maintenance monitoring.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping logistics.
  • Process administrative workflows, including claims documentation and financial records.
  • Coordinate office operations such as meeting setups, catering, and associate workstation management.
  • Maintain security access, badging systems, and document retention records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
  • Proven record of reliability, attendance, and job stability.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and strong multitasking skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service.
