What you will do

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve customer support tickets for mining technology systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide timely resolutions for software and hardware issues.
• Support Linux-based systems, mobile field computers, and network configurations.
• Travel to customer sites to support projects, complex investigations, and persistent technical issues.
• Monitor system health and operational performance to identify and report risks.
• Participate in after-hours support rotations to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Intermediate experience in technical support, system deployment, or field technology roles.
• Basic working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of FrontRunner and/or Dispatch systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to autonomous systems, mining technology, or industrial systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, SQL, or scripting fundamentals.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Japanese.
