What you will do
- Lead the Attract pillar of ’s talent strategy by owning the candidate-facing employer brand and global EVP.
- Translate technical and pedagogical breakthroughs into a compelling employer narrative and end-to-end storytelling roadmap.
- Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel marketing and outreach campaigns to drive candidate interest.
- Overhaul careers site experiences from static job lists to dynamic, personalized candidate journeys.
- Partner with executives to build digital profiles and position them as industry thought leaders.
- Coordinate with Talent Operations to ensure the brand promise matches the candidate journey experience.
Requirements
- Location: Remote in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in talent branding or recruitment marketing (or equivalent combinations of education and experience).
- Proven track record managing global EVP and directing high-impact creative content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to measure full-funnel conversion rates and present performance data clearly.
- Experience managing careers site infrastructure and specialized talent marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic job boards).
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, IT, Creative) without direct authority.
