Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $220,000 - $290,000

What you will do
- Define and execute the global MSP go-to-market (GTM) strategy to achieve partner acquisition and net revenue retention (NRR) targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a global team of Partner Account Executives (PAEs), BDRs, and Account Managers.
- Oversee the MSP Account Management function to drive platform adoption, partner health, and wallet-share expansion.
- Manage the new partner acquisition engine, optimizing outbound pipeline generation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to refine the MSP Partner Program and influence the product roadmap.
- Represent the company at major industry events and roadshows to build executive relationships and generate high-value pipelines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
- 4+ years of experience explicitly managing MSP/Channel Partner sales and account management teams.
- Proven success managing a multi-tiered sales organization (hunting and farming functions).
- Deep expertise in MSP business models, including MRR, packaging, and technical ecosystems.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and PRM tools for forecasting and reporting.
- Must be based in the US with the ability to travel globally approximately 25–30%.
