Director, Global MSP Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling the global Managed Service Provider (MSP) business, managing net-new partner acquisition and existing partner growth with an accent on GTM strategy and revenue lifecycle management. Focus on optimizing partner success frameworks, leading cross-functional alignment with Product and Marketing, and scaling a multi-tiered sales organization.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $220,000 - $290,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the global MSP go-to-market (GTM) strategy to achieve partner acquisition and net revenue retention (NRR) targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a global team of Partner Account Executives (PAEs), BDRs, and Account Managers.
  • Oversee the MSP Account Management function to drive platform adoption, partner health, and wallet-share expansion.
  • Manage the new partner acquisition engine, optimizing outbound pipeline generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to refine the MSP Partner Program and influence the product roadmap.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and roadshows to build executive relationships and generate high-value pipelines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • 4+ years of experience explicitly managing MSP/Channel Partner sales and account management teams.
  • Proven success managing a multi-tiered sales organization (hunting and farming functions).
  • Deep expertise in MSP business models, including MRR, packaging, and technical ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and PRM tools for forecasting and reporting.
  • Must be based in the US with the ability to travel globally approximately 25–30%.
