What you will do

• Manage the Nahimic product portfolio and oversee roadmap priorities and customer commitments.
• Act as the primary interface between the largest customer accounts and internal engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Coordinate issue resolution, support follow-ups, and bug-fix delivery in a structured manner.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure predictable delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Translate business and customer requirements into actionable development plans and priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management for software products.
• Experience with B2B software products and customer-specific delivery.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile or similar delivery environment.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English are required.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with global teams.

• Experience in PC software, audio software, or OEM-related environments.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes.
