Project / Product Manager (Gaming Software)

Company

Develops gaming hardware and software products, including the Nahimic audio software solution for gaming laptops.

What you will do

• Coordinate selected product roadmap and customer delivery topics.
• Drive product support follow-up, issue resolution, and bug-fix priorities with engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, customer commitments, and delivery expectations.
• Alihirify.global customer needs with internal roadmap and delivery plans.
• Manage key customer and delivery topics and serve as the interface between customers and internal teams.
• Lead product and project management for the largest customer relationship within the assihirify.globaled scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management for software products.
• Experience with B2B software products and customer-specific delivery.
• Strong planning, prioritization, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile or similar delivery environment.
• Strong customer communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English are required.

• Experience with PC software, audio software, or OEM-related environments.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes.
