What you will do

• Define and execute CMS vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and gaming content needs
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to prioritize features and guide decisions
• Collaborate with game development teams, designers, and content creators for seamless workflows
• Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into tasks and manage product backlog
• Lead user testing initiatives to refine features and improve usability and performance
• Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for product improvement

Requirements

• Strong product management background with CMS or related software products, preferably in gaming
• Solid knowledge of CMS platforms and core functionalities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical actions
• Outstanding communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
