Technical Project Manager (Embedded Software)

What you will do

• Manage multiple parallel new product development projects from feasibility through market launch.
• Coordinate embedded software engineering, design, product management, and hardware engineering.
• Develop, publish, and maintain project plans and product cost computations according to defined standards.
• Communicate project goals and coordinate delivery across cross-functional and global teams.
• Identify project risks, execute mitigation strategies, and resolve issues and conflicts.
• Serve as Scrum Master and lead Agile practices within the software engineering group.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of direct experience in a project manager role.
• Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project.
• Proficiency in Agile document control and change management processes.
• Strong communication, logical problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics, digital products, or mobile devices.
• Experience using Google, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based applications.
