Compensation: $25.20–$31.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing and payment requests across multiple currencies.
• Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH/Wires/Checks) and monthly AP accruals.
• Resolve vendor billing and payment discrepancies through effective communication.
• Perform monthly A/P to G/L account reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure proper 3-way matching of receiving documents and invoices in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors and internal/external SOX requests.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• High school diploma and 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of ERP integrated accounting systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
