Salary: $21.30–$25.60 hourly

What you will do

• Apply payments and record cash receipts accurately
• Perform monthly bank account and AR account reconciliations
• Manage aging reports and process refund batches weekly
• Record journal entries and enter refund invoices
• Provide support for external auditors
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams to maximize revenue generation

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred or 2+ years of related experience
• Intermediate or expert proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, home-office environment
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration
